Returns & Exchanges

At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
